Mykon Ranch was founded in 2018 by Christopher Conley and his wife Yolanda Conley. After learning about the reining cowhorse industry, Chris came home and said “Honey, lets buy a horse" - which quickly became 2, then 3, and then 7 horses. With a small heard of their own and no place to call home, Chris’ spontaneous personality led him to purchase and establish Mykon Ranch.

Over a short few years, Chris began showing in the NRCHA and the NRHA, allowing Mykon to transform into a reining cowhorse and ranch riding training facility. In the early mornings, you would find Chris working in the office, but by midafternoon you would find him running a cow down the fence on his beloved gelding, JW.
 

In August of 2022, Chris was diagnosed with stage three colon cancer. After being diagnosed, Chris knew where he wanted to be, at the ranch with his family and horses. For
eleven month he fought a hard fight and on June 15, 2023, the Lord called Chris home. Mykon Ranch is dedicated to honoring its founder Christopher Conley and his legacy that he left on those around him. We will continue to carry on his legacy and dreams here at Mykon Ranch.
